Budhwar Gau Seva (Every Wednesday)
Project
Budhwar Gau Seva — Weekly Feeding & Care for Gau Mata By Gurukul Foundation • Fodder • Water • Basic Care Support
Budhwar (Wednesday) is a day that reminds us of mindfulness, balance, and responsible action. Gurukul Foundation is conducting Budhwar Gau Seva every Wednesday to support hungry, weak, injured, and shelter-rescued cows with timely nourishment and basic care. Many cows suffer silently due to unsafe food, dehydration, seasonal illness, and injuries from roads or neglect. Through this weekly seva, we aim to ensure that Gau Mata receives fresh fodder, clean drinking water, and need-based support in a calm, respectful, and organised manner.
Why Budhwar Gau Seva Matters
Regular feeding brings stability to cows who live with daily uncertainty. A consistent fodder round reduces hunger-driven stress, supports recovery for weak cows, and improves immunity—especially during changing weather. Clean water and basic hygiene support help prevent avoidable illness. When we practice seva with discipline, it becomes a lasting habit of compassion that protects life.
What Your Donation Supports (Every Wednesday)
Our Seva Approach
- Dignity-first: calm feeding with respectful handling and planned points.
- Need-based priority: weak, injured, elderly, and recovering cows first.
- Clean handling: basic hygiene during packing and distribution wherever possible.
- Consistency: weekly Budhwar seva so support becomes steady, not occasional.
