Kerala Needs Our Support

Floods can change the lives of entire families within a few moments. Homes become filled with water, roads become difficult to access, essential belongings are damaged and many people are forced to leave their neighbourhoods in search of safety. Children, senior citizens, daily-wage workers and families with limited resources often face the greatest difficulties during such emergencies.

Through the Kerala Rising: Rebuilding Lives After the Floods campaign, Gurukul Foundation is working to support vulnerable families with immediate relief and essential supplies. Our mission is to reach people with dignity, compassion and practical assistance during this difficult period.

What Flood-Affected Families Need

During a flood emergency, people may lose access to food, clean drinking water, dry clothes, medicines and basic hygiene products. Families staying in temporary shelters also require bedding, sanitary supplies, baby-care products and other daily necessities.

How Gurukul Foundation Is Helping

Gurukul Foundation aims to collect and distribute essential relief materials to people affected by the Kerala floods. Our volunteers and local support network help identify urgent needs, organise relief kits and assist families who may not be able to access support easily.
