Magh Purnima Gau Seva – Feed, Protect & Heal Gau Mata Serving hungry, injured, sick & abandoned cows with dignity and care
Magh Purnima is considered one of the most auspicious full-moon days for prayer, daan, and compassionate seva. On this sacred occasion, Gurukul Foundation is running a focused Gau Seva Drive to support stray, rescued, weak, and injured cows with timely nourishment, clean water, and essential medical help. Many cows survive on unsafe waste, suffer injuries on roads, and remain untreated for long periods—silently enduring pain and hunger. This campaign is our humble effort to turn devotion into action and ensure that no Gau Mata is left hungry or unattended.
Why Gau Seva on Magh Purnima Matters
Magh Purnima reminds us that the highest form of worship is karuna (compassion). When we feed a hungry cow, provide clean water, or support treatment for an injured Gau Mata, we offer real relief where it is most needed. Many cows face weakness due to lack of nutrition, infections from unsafe food, seasonal stress, and wounds from accidents or sharp objects. With consistent care, their recovery becomes possible—moving from suffering to comfort, and from fear to trust.
What Your Donation Supports
Our Seva Approach
Gurukul Foundation believes seva must be carried out with responsibility, cleanliness, and respect. We focus on safe feeding practices, timely support for medical needs, and dignity-first care—so Gau Mata is served without chaos or neglect. Wherever possible, we prioritize weak, old, injured, and abandoned cows who depend completely on human compassion.
On Magh Purnima, your contribution becomes your offering—feeding a hungry cow, supporting treatment, and protecting a life that cannot speak for itself. May this sacred day bring peace and blessings through the pure path of Gau Seva.
