Purnima is a night of devotion, blessings, and spiritual reflection. Under the full moon, we pray for peace—yet on the same streets, temple lanes, forests, and busy crossings, countless monkeys struggle silently. Many are hungry, dehydrated, frightened, or injured, often ignored because they cannot speak. This Purnima, Gurukul Foundation invites you to turn faith into action through Vanar Seva— a compassionate drive focused on feeding, first-aid, treatment support, and rescue response for monkeys in need.
When crowds gather for darshan and celebrations, monkeys often come closer to people—searching for food scraps and water. Sadly, this also increases risk: road accidents, cuts from sharp objects, burns from hot surfaces, infections from wounds, and severe weakness due to heat, hunger, or illness. Our mission is simple: no animal should suffer just because help arrived late. Your support helps us respond quickly, provide essential care, and ensure that the most vulnerable are not left behind.
