Somwar Shiv Ji Ke Naam Gau Seva (Every Monday)
Project
Somwar Gau Seva — Offer Seva in the Name of Lord Shiva By Gurukul Foundation • Weekly Fodder + Water + Care Support for Gau Mata
Somwar (Monday) is devoted to Shiv Bhagwan—a day of devotion, discipline, and sacred sankalp. Gurukul Foundation is conducting Somwar Gau Seva every Monday to support hungry, weak, injured, and shelter-rescued cows with timely nourishment and basic care. Many cows suffer silently due to unsafe food, dehydration, seasonal illness, and injuries from roads or neglect. Your support helps us ensure that Gau Mata receives fresh fodder, clean drinking water, and need-based care in a calm, respectful, and organised manner.
Why Somwar Gau Seva Matters
In Sanatan tradition, serving Gau Mata is a sacred act of dharma, and offering that seva on Somwar becomes a beautiful way to express Shiv Bhakti. Regular feeding reduces hunger-driven stress, supports recovery for weak cows, and improves immunity—especially during weather changes. Clean water and basic hygiene support help prevent avoidable illness. When devotion becomes action, blessings flow through compassion.
What Your Donation Supports (Every Monday)
Our Seva Approach
- Dignity-first: calm feeding with respectful handling and planned points.
- Need-based priority: weak, injured, elderly, and recovering cows first.
- Clean handling: basic hygiene during packing and distribution wherever possible.
- Consistency: weekly Somwar seva so support becomes steady, not occasional.
Seva Thought for Somwar
On Somwar, let your Shiva bhakti become nourishment and protection for Gau Mata. If you cannot be present, your donation becomes your seva—reaching through fodder, water, and care. May this weekly Somwar Gau Seva bring peace, blessings, and inner strength through compassion.
